Baked Tapioca Kuah

Ingredients :

Tapioca (grated) 1 kg
Coconut Milk 500 ml
Grated Coconut 250 gm
White Sugar 1.5 cup
Gula Melaka 50 gm
Salt 1/2 tsp

- Boil sugar, gula melaka, salt & water till all dissolve. Sieve mixture.
- Mix all the above ingredients together and pour into 8" square tin lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 185c for about 50-60 mins, or till cooked.
- Cool before cutting into pieces.
